Once your process is completed, the old electricity subscription will also be automatically canceled.

Electricity subscriptions in the name of a deceased person can be canceled by the heirs specified in the inheritance announcement. The cancellation of the subscription in the name of the deceased (decedent) and the refund of the security deposit can be done by all heirs or by the person representing them with a power of attorney.

Under the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation, the responsible supply company requests a security deposit to offset against the consumer's electricity consumption costs in case of non-payment, upon the change of the usage place and/or the termination or cancellation of the retail sales contract.

How is it calculated?

The security deposit is calculated based on the unit price determined per kW, considering the power of the facility or usage place and the consumer groups.
