  • Contract Account Number

    The subscription number assigned to the installation where the customer uses energy during the contract.

  • EIC Code

    A unique registration code determined by distribution companies for each consumption point in their distribution regions, used for the registration of the consumption point in the Market Management System.

  • Unique Code/Installation Number

    The installation number where the service is provided for each consumption point, as defined by the Distribution Company.

  • Consumer Information

    Customer's full name, address, TCKN, contact information, and tariff group (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.) for energy consumption pricing are included.

  • Invoice Amount

    The total amount to be paid by the customer, which is formed by the sum of electricity consumption and taxes during the consumption period.

  • Due Date

    The final date by which the electricity bill amount must be collected without delay.

  • Invoice Average Consumption

    The daily average of the customer's energy consumption during the invoice period.

  • Reading Day

    The start and end dates of the calculated period consumption for the relevant invoice.

  • Single Time

    Total initial and final index information related to active consumption.

  • Daytime (Index)

    For consumers with meters that have not been updated according to continuous daylight saving time;

    Between the last Sunday of October and the last Sunday of March;

    Daytime period: 07:00-18:00

    If between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October;

    Daytime period: 06:00-17:00

    For consumers with meters updated according to continuous daylight saving time, throughout the year;

    Daytime period: 06:00-17:00 is applied.

  • Punctual (Index)

    For consumers with meters that have not been updated according to continuous daylight saving time;

    Between the last Sunday of October and the last Sunday of March;

    Punctual period: 18:00-23:00

    If between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October;

    Punctual period: 17:00-22:00

    For consumers with meters updated according to continuous daylight saving time, throughout the year;

    Punctual period: 17:00-22:00 is applied.

  • Night (Index)

    For consumers with meters that have not been updated according to continuous daylight saving time;

    Between the last Sunday of October and the last Sunday of March;

    Night period: 23:00-07:00

    If between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October;

    Night period: 22:00-06:00

    For consumers with meters updated according to continuous daylight saving time, throughout the year;

    Night period: 22:00-06:00 is applied.

  • Inductive

    Initial and final index information of the meter recording inductive consumption.

  • Capacitive

    Initial and final index information of the meter recording capacitive consumption.

  • Energy Consumption Cost

    The amount obtained by multiplying the unit price of the consumption quantity by the consumption amount. For residential and commercial low voltage single tariff single time subscribers, a tiered tariff is applied. Consumptions up to 8 kWh per day are calculated at the low tier unit price, and the amount exceeding 8 kWh is calculated at the high tier unit price, as determined by EPDK.

  • Transformer Loss

    The cost related to transformer loss consumption for customers with transformers, calculated based on the loss coefficients methodology specified in the Electricity Market Balancing and Reconciliation Regulation.

  • Reactive Energy Cost

    Reactive energy tariff is applied under the following conditions for residential subscribers, lighting subscribers, single-phase subscribers, and subscribers with a connection power of up to 9 kW.

  • Power Cost

    For users subject to double tariff class within the distribution system, the monthly kW unit cost based on the power specified in the connection agreement or contract.

  • Power Exceedance Cost

    For users subject to double tariff class within the distribution system, the monthly kW (kilowatt) unit cost for exceeding the power specified in the connection agreement or contract.

  • Total Energy Cost

    The total of any additional accrual or discount amount reflected for any reason and the consumption.

  • Guarantee Fee

    The fee collected as per Article 33(1) of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation, which states: 'The obligated supply company shall request a guarantee fee to offset the consumer's electricity consumption fee in case of non-payment, in case of a change of use place and/or termination or expiry of the retail sales contract.' In case of contract termination or expiry, the cash guarantee fee is updated using the adjustment rate. After the update, if there is any updated guarantee fee, it is refunded after all the consumer’s debts to the obligated supply company are settled.

  • Disconnection and Reconnection Fee

    The fee applied during the connection of the consumer's electricity.

  • Previous Rounding

    The amount that changes between (+) 2.50 TL and (-) 2.50 TL based on the total invoice amount carried over from the previous period and reflected in the current invoice.

  • Current Rounding

    The amount that changes between (+) 2.50 TL and (-) 2.50 TL based on the total invoice amount carried over from the previous period and reflected in the current invoice.

  • Old Debt Balance

    The current overdue debt amount that has not been paid as of the invoice date.

  • Taxes and Funds

    The total of amounts collected and transferred to relevant public institutions as per relevant laws.

  • Municipal Consumption Tax (BTV)

    Tax amount calculated based on the active energy according to the tariff group for the municipality serving within the customer’s subscription area, as per Law No. 2464 on Municipal Revenues.

  • Stamp Tax

    The type of tax collected under the relevant law.

  • VAT

    The amount of VAT (Value Added Tax) calculated based on the VAT base as per Law No. 3065 on Value Added Tax.

  • Invoice Amount

    The total amount to be paid by the customer, which is formed by the sum of electricity consumption and taxes during the consumption period.

  • Automatic Payment Instruction

    The bank with an automatic instruction, if any, available in our system as of the invoice date.

  • Meter Reading Unit

    The code of the personnel who performs the meter reading in the field.

  • Multiplier/Demand/Contract Power

    Multiplier: The coefficient representing the value by which the difference between the meters is multiplied for current transformer and voltage transformer customers.

    Demand: Represents the maximum power (kW) drawn by the customer within the same month.

    Contract Power: The amount of power agreed upon and specified in the contract that the customer is allowed to draw.

  • Meter Brand/Type/Serial Number

    Information about the customer’s meter.

  • Current/Voltage Transformer Ratio

    Current Transformer Ratio: The conversion ratio of the current transformer used for the meter in the measurement cell.

    Voltage Transformer Ratio: The conversion ratio of the voltage transformer used for the meter in the measurement cell.

  • Period

    (Year/Month) Indicates the year and month when the consumption determination was made.
