The company is also able to sell electricity to eligible consumers with discounted tariffs and benefit campaigns through bilateral agreements without any regional restrictions. CK Energy Boğaziçi Electricity, which converted its old bill collection points into Customer Transaction Centers (MIM) with the corporate transformation, has opened a transaction center every three days since March 2015, when this transformation began, and has become one of the “fastest growing retail companies in terms of coverage area” independent of its sector. With nearly 300 MIM points, CK Energy Boğaziçi Electricity, which has the most widespread energy retail channel in Türkiye, continues its change and transformation by working continuously in order to provide better quality service in retail electricity sales and after-sales activities.
