How Can I Subscribe?
You can make your subscription applications either at our physical service points or easily online from anywhere. To start your subscription, it is sufficient to sign the connection agreement and the retail sales contract.
Important Reminder:
Before making the first subscription application for a newly built building/facility, it is necessary to make a “connection agreement” with your electricity distribution company.

Who Can Apply for Subscription?
- Property owner or representative,
- If the property is rented, the tenant or representative
What Information and Documents Are Needed for Subscription Application?
For Residential Subscription:
- Account or meter number
- Identification document (with Turkish ID number)
- DASK (Mandatory Earthquake Insurance) number or policy
Other Documents That May Be Required:
- If the subscription is under someone else's name at the address, rental contract or title deed
- If processing is to be done as an authorized person or representative, power of attorney or authorization document for electricity subscription
- To benefit from the Martyrs' Families and War Disabled Veterans Tariff* :
- Document proving war disabled veteran or martyr relative status
- Residence certificate
- Salary letter from SGK
For Short-Term Subscriptions:
- Request letter,
- Connection agreement,
- Technical responsibility document proving that all electrical responsibilities have been fulfilled,
- If no meter is to be installed, technical document showing the installed power of the devices to be used.
For a maximum period of 1 month, and if necessary, extendable for up to 1 more month, the meter is installed and the process is carried out based on the distribution company's suitability opinion.
Electricity is provided based on the tariff applied according to commercial tariffs, calculated on the installed power values without measurement or with measurement based on actual consumption, with the condition that the tariff fee is collected in advance against a receipt.

Who Can Apply for Cancellation?
Subscription cancellation can be done by the subscriber's own application.
If a representative or authorized person will handle the process on behalf of the subscriber, the application can be made with the original notarized power of attorney or wet-signed authorization document containing the authority to perform electricity transactions.
What Information and Documents Are Needed for Subscription Cancellation?
To process with MÜHİM, it is sufficient to apply with your ID with Turkish ID number and the account number of the relevant electricity subscription. If applying on behalf of a company, you must apply with the signature circular. If the representative or authorized person will handle the process, they must apply with the original notarized power of attorney or wet-signed authorization document containing the authority to terminate or cancel the subscription (or contract).
To cancel the subscription through our online channels (Online Transaction Center, Mobile Application), you must first register. After your registration, you can easily carry out your transactions from the Contract Cancellation section without any additional documents.
Important Information for Cancellation Procedures
If you want to make an electricity subscription in your name at a place where electricity is currently registered under someone else's name, it is sufficient to apply for a new subscription in your name with the necessary information and documents. Once your transactions are completed, the old electricity subscription will also be automatically canceled.
Electricity subscriptions in the name of a deceased person can be canceled by the relevant heirs specified in the inheritance declaration. The cancellation of the subscription in the name of the deceased person (decedent) and the refund of the security deposit for that subscription can be done by all heirs or the person representing them by proxy.
For facilities or usage places with a connection agreement (energy permit obtained and connection agreement made);
It is the contract covering the terms and conditions of commercial activities related to the supply of electrical energy and/or capacity and service procurement between the responsible retail sales company and the customer within the framework of the Electricity Market Tariff Regulation.
