Disability Notification Form

This application form has been prepared in accordance with Article 52(7) of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation for processing. With the following application, the electricity cuts in the cases of payment delays in only one residential subscription under the name of citizens who have 40% or more disability and can document it will be postponed for a certain period. There is no discount provided to consumers regarding the application made in this context.

  • The TCKN registered in your subscription and the TCKN on your medical report must be the same. Otherwise, your request will not be considered.
